## About

Most people who type CA near me / ITR filing near me want two things: a qualified person who checks their numbers, and someone they can reach when a question comes up. Neither needs a shop in the next lane any more. The return is filed online whoever prepares it, so distance changes very little. Who prepares it, what they verify and what you see before submission change a lot. If you are looking for a CA consultant for ITR filing anywhere in India, the process is fully online. You can also visit our Noida office in Sector 63 for an in-person discussion. ITR Filing Online is run by TaxCaller India LLP (LLPIN AAQ-7388), working on tax and compliance since 2018. Our service is CA-assisted: a practising Chartered Accountant on the team reviews your return before it goes to the department. You deal with us on call, WhatsApp and email from anywhere in India, or from abroad if you are an NRI. What this service gives you: A fee told on the first call, before you send any document. Your AIS, TIS and Form 26AS matched line by line with your papers. Old and new regime worked out on your real figures, where the choice is open. A written computation sent to you, and filing only after you approve it. E-verification done with you on the same call, and help if a notice arrives later. Not sure which form applies? Use the ITR form finder first, then keep papers ready using the document checklist. If you live in NCR and prefer to talk across a table, our office is in Sector 63, Noida. You can visit, but the process is the same either way. For AY 2026-27 (income of FY 2025-26), the regular due dates have passed for most people: 31 July 2026 for ITR-1 and ITR-2, and 31 August 2026 for ITR-3 and ITR-4 without audit. Audit cases have till 31 October 2026. A belated return can still be filed till 31 December 2026 with a late fee under section 234F. Call +91 99111 46650, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7:30 PM, to start.

## What is covered

- **Data reconciliation**: Every entry in your AIS, TIS and Form 26AS is matched with your own documents before any figure goes into the return.
- **Form and regime choice**: The correct ITR form is picked from your income heads, and both regimes are compared where you are still allowed to choose.
- **CA review and your approval**: A practising CA reviews the draft. You then get the computation in writing and the return is filed only after you say yes.
- **Filing, e-verification and follow-up**: The return is filed, e-verified with you, and tracked until it is processed.

## When you need it

- **Your AIS does not match your papers**: Unexplained interest, share sales or missing TDS in the AIS need a reconciled return, not a guess.
- **You have more than salary**: Capital gains, rent, freelance receipts, F&O trades or foreign income move you beyond a simple self-filed form.
- **You missed the due date**: A belated return has fixed limits on regime choice and losses, so the computation needs a careful second look.
- **You got a notice last year**: If a 143(1) adjustment or 139(9) defect hit you before, a reviewed return this year lowers the chance of a repeat.

## Documents required

- PAN, Aadhaar (linked with PAN) and the e-filing portal login
- Form 16 from each employer for the year
- AIS and TIS download, plus Form 26AS
- Bank statements and interest certificates for all accounts

- Rent receipts, rent agreement and landlord PAN (old regime HRA)
- Proofs for 80C, 80D, 80CCD(1B) and home loan interest certificate

## Process

1. **First call** — You describe your income sources. The team confirms the ITR form and tells you the fee before you share any paper.
2. **Documents on WhatsApp or email** — You send Form 16, statements and your AIS. Nothing is collected in person unless you choose to visit.
3. **Reconciliation and draft** — AIS, TIS and 26AS are matched with your documents. Gaps are listed for you to confirm or correct.
4. **CA review and approval** — A practising CA reviews the draft return. You receive the computation and approve it in writing.
5. **Filing and e-verification** — The return is filed and e-verified with you on the same call. You get the acknowledgement for your records.

## FAQs

### Is a CA required by law to file my income tax return?

No. Any individual can file their own return on the e-filing portal, and many salaried people do. A Chartered Accountant is legally required only for certain reports, such as a tax audit under section 44AB. CA-assisted filing is a choice for accuracy and support, especially when you have capital gains, business income or AIS mismatches.

### How do I check that the person reviewing my return is really a CA?

Ask for the reviewing Chartered Accountant's ICAI membership number and check it with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. A genuine practising CA will share it without hesitation. Also confirm who prepares the return and who reviews it, because many services use a tax team for data entry and a CA for final review.

### Can a CA file my return without my portal password?

Yes. The return can be prepared from your documents and uploaded while you are on a call, with you entering the OTP for login and e-verification. You keep control of your password throughout. If you ever shared your password with an agent, change it on the portal straight away and keep the new one to yourself.

### What does a CA check in my AIS before filing?

The CA team matches every AIS and TIS entry with your documents: salary, interest, dividends, share and fund sales, rent and TDS credits. Missing income is added, duplicate or wrong entries are reported through AIS feedback, and TDS gaps are taken up with the deductor. This is the main way to avoid a 143(1) adjustment.

### Will I get the same CA for help if a notice comes later?

The same team that filed your return reads any notice with you, and the practising CA reviews the reply. Notice replies are a separate service, and the fee is told before work starts. Send the notice by WhatsApp or email as soon as it arrives, so the reply is filed well within the time given.

### Is online CA-assisted filing safe for my documents?

Documents are shared only on WhatsApp or email with the team handling your return, and used only to prepare and file it. You never need to hand over original papers or your password. Share OTPs only during a live call for a step you understand, and ask for your files to be deleted if you wish.

### Can NRIs and people living abroad use CA-assisted filing?

Yes. The service works fully online for NRIs, so time zones and travel are not a barrier. The team handles residential status, NRO interest, property sale TDS and DTAA relief, and a practising CA reviews the return. NRIs cannot use ITR-1 or ITR-4. See the NRI ITR filing page for detail on forms and documents.

### How long does CA-assisted ITR filing take?

For a salaried return with clean AIS data, it usually takes one to three working days after you send documents. Returns with capital gains, business income or several AIS mismatches take longer, because each gap is checked and confirmed with you. Starting well before the due date gives the CA review more time and avoids a rushed filing.

### What if I already filed my return through a local agent and it has errors?

If the window under section 139(5) is still open, a revised return can replace the original, any number of times. Finance Act 2026 extended this window to 12 months from the end of the tax year. Send us the filed return and your AIS, and the CA team will check whether revision or an updated return fits.

### Do I pay the CA fee before or after filing?

The fee is fixed on the first call, before you send documents, and depends on your income sources and the ITR form. Payment terms are confirmed at the same time. There is no charge linked to your refund amount. Any extra work, such as a notice reply or a revised return later, is quoted separately before it starts.

### Do I need a CA near me for ITR filing?

No. You can file your ITR online with a practising CA consultant from anywhere in India. For a face-to-face discussion, visit our Sector 63, Noida office.
