To prepare and file your income tax return or other requested work, with your consent.
To send reminders about deadlines you ask us for.
To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Only with the tax professionals working on your case and with government portals (such as the Income Tax e-filing portal) when you ask us to file. Service providers that host our systems are bound by confidentiality.

How long we keep it

We keep records for as long as needed for your work and as required by tax laws, then delete them securely.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to go@itrfilingonline.in. We respond within a reasonable time as required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

We use small browser storage items to remember your name on this device (for a personal welcome) and to show offers only once. We do not use advertising trackers.
