Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy explains cancellations and refunds of our professional fees. (It does not cover income tax refunds, which are issued by the Income Tax Department.)

Before work starts

If you cancel before we start preparing your return, any fee paid is refunded in full.

After work starts

If you cancel after we have started, we may keep a fair part of the fee for work already done and refund the rest.

After filing

Once a return has been filed on your approval, the fee is not refundable. If we made an error, we will file a revised return at no extra cost.
